Our goal is to provide you with a positive and fun experience with any Hatching Eggs or Day Old Chicks we may sell. This is, from one Chicken Lover to another!
We are a small, family run farm, located in the small town of Mazomanie, just a few miles West of Madison, WI.
Our interest in chickens started out small, with just 16 chicks! However it has since grown in a short period of time to 8 different specialty breeds. This one happens to be one of our favorites, the Spangled Russian Orloff. They are amazingly Winter hardy, fantastic egg layers, rarely broody, and very Charismatic!!
We believe in raising our birds as naturally as possible to ensure a happy and healthy flock. It is the quality of life we strive for, not the quantity of birds. The breeds we’ve chosen to work with are one’s we enjoy, and find interesting because of their unique and fun characteristics.
